Terms of service

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date issued. A booking is confirmed on receipt of the advance stated in the quote.

Headcount and invoicing

Final headcount is due 48 hours before the event. The invoice is raised on the confirmed number or the actual served count, whichever is higher. We cook for 5% above the confirmed number at no extra cost.

Cancellation and postponement

Cancellations more than 72 hours before the event: full refund of any advance, less any non-refundable vendor costs already incurred. Within 72 hours: the advance is retained. Postponement to a new date within 30 days carries no charge, subject to availability.

Venue

The client arranges venue access, power, water and the venue's own permissions for outside catering. Where the venue charges a catering fee, that is billed at cost.

Food safety

Food is cooked fresh for each event. Leftover food is not left with the venue beyond two hours of the end of service unless the client takes responsibility for it in writing.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute is subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
